10 years ago, I took a life-changing course that provided support and guidance on how to make meditation a daily ritual
Since then, my morning meditation session each day has given me a consistent space for peace and authenticity that has rippled out to deeply transform every area of my life for the better.
Now, it is with great joy that I am offering my own course to support you in building your daily meditation practice!
Over 4 weekly 1-hour sessions, every Monday in October, we will dive into tools and guidance for both learning how to meditate, and for making this practice an essential part of your daily routine.
In each session, we’ll meditate together, explore different styles & benefits of meditation, and discuss overcoming obstacles to our meditation experience
There will also be space to answer your specific questions, where I can share wisdom and insights that I have gained from my experience as a clinical therapist, as well as over 25 years of experience as a yogi and student of Buddhism, to help you turn your goal of daily meditation as a ritual into reality.
This course is $350 and for meditators at all levels. We will meet once per week for one hour on Zoom. Space is limited to 12 participants. For inquires and sign ups, just send me a message!
